A 50% deposit must accompany your application, along with a post-dated cheque dated for June 1,for the Final Balance. After June 1, payment in full is due with all applications. Booth requests will be held for no more than 7 days without a deposit. Booth confirmations will be emailed to you upon receipt of deposit.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted prior to June 1st, less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after June 1st deadline. No sub-leasing of exhibit space is permitted without prior written consent.

Note - For rental of furnishings over and above your basic booth (i.e. tables, power, chairs etc.), Exhibitors will receive order forms approximately 6 weeks prior to the show dates in the Ekit.

Exhibitor Kit
Exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Kit (Ekit) via email approximately 6 weeks prior to the show which will provide important set up information, order forms, marketing materials, and tips on how to make the most of your booth and trade show experience as a whole.
