A 50% Deposit must accompany an application, along with a post-dated cheque for the remainder, dated June 1, 2009. After that date, payment in full is required with the application. A booth request will be held for no more than 7 days without a deposit. Booth confirmations will be sent once the deposit has been received. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds granted prior to June 1st, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after that deadline. No sub-leasing of exhibit space is permitted without prior written consent of the Producer.

Booth Furnishings

For rental of furnishings over and above your basic booth (i.e. tables, power, etc.), Exhibitors will receive order forms approximately 6 weeks prior to the show dates.

Exhibitor Kit
Exhibitors will also receive an Exhibitor Kit approximately 6 weeks prior to the show which will supply  lots of valuable information, order forms, marketing materials, and tips on how to make a trade show experience a success.
